FAQ

What type of plan is offered for free trial?
During the free trial you get to enjoy full functionality of the Standard plan. This plan seems to suit the majority of SEOs with several mature sites rich with content and needing constant attention. So if you don't know what to choose but are serious about your SEO, pick Standard.

How does the free trial work?
No credit card is required. You start for free and use it for 15 days. As soon as the trial is over, we'll ask you if you want to subscribe. If you wish to keep using WebMeUp with all your data, you just choose the plan and payment method, confirm order and your monthly subscription will start.

Can I cancel my account anytime?
You can cancel subscription any time you want. There's no contract. To cancel your subscription please go to your personal page on our payment processor's site or contact support.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, most credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Maestro, Solo) and AliPay payments for monthly subscriptions. For annual subscriptions we will also accept checks and wire transfer.

When does my subscription activate?
Payments get processed really fast, and any subscription starts nearly as soon as you send the payment. If for some reason your subscription hasn't activated for more than 1 hour, please write to customer support.

What will happen after I hit Subscribe?
You will be taken to a secure page of our payment processor PayPro Global, Inc. where you can select the payment method and confirm your order. As soon as the order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation from PayProGlobal and your subscription will start. You can always check the status of your subscription in My Account.

WebMeUp subscription price is not refundable. If you ordered a month's subscription and in a few days, decided you don't want it, you can cancel it, so that you're not charged again. However the initial deposit is not refundable. We've already invested in creating your account, gathering lots of data for it etc.

Are there any hidden fees?
No, the subscription price you see here is the only fee. You will not be asked to pay for anything else.

Will you save my SEO data from free trial if I don't subscribe?
When the 15-day trial is over, you can still use your WebMeUp projects in the view-only mode for 7 days. After that, we will store your SEO information for 30 days. So 52 days after the trial starts, we cannot guarantee your data will still be there.

Is my billing data secure?
All orders are processed by the payment processor and authorized reseller PayPro Global, Inc. who has specialized in global online payments for years. Orders are processed using secure encryption—the same level of encryption used by leading banks. Card info is transmitted, stored, and processed securely on a PCI-Compliant network.
